I went to go get a harness for my big puppy, and the harness doesn't fit. The quality of the harness was good but the only problem is once you buy it you can't return it. They only take cash 💸 💰, vemno, or zelle

This is seriously the most upsetting pet store I have ever been too. Why are there so many iguanas per 20gallon tank with no heat side, hamsters in bedding that’s obviously been there for over a week, birds cramped up into small cages and macaws pulling their feathers out? Wonderful place and great customer service. Marcela helped me pick out the best parrot and it dances! I highly recommend this shop.

I went with their shop yesterday, and I was really dazzled by a perfect and decent spot. Likewise, the staff working out there was cordial and enlightening. They even offer me a piece of guidance in taking care of my Maltese canine. I'll be back!

Great small pet shop, mostly birds. I got my two wonderful cockatiels here, they're so well socialized and happy. Yes the store is small and crowded, it's downtown LA. The woman who runs the place is spends a lot of time caring for the birds and giving them attention. Also, for large birds they only sell rescues which is great (large birds have long lifespans and need a second owner usually)
