Japanese Village Plaza

Really enjoyed visiting this church. The people were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was peaceful and uplifting. One of the best things was how close it is to the train station, which made it very convenient to get to. I appreciated the message, worship, and friendly environment. I would definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area.

The buildings are iconic of Japanese architecture and style… the businesses appear mostly Japanese owned and selling predominantly Japanese related souvenirs and toys. Plenty of Japanese restaurants and tea shops. However it is purely a tourist destination at this point in my mind. Almost all of the visitors were there checking off another tourist spot from their list. Nevertheless, despite the $20 parking fee, my kid and I had an okay time walking around and seeing some fun imported items. It was a beautiful day, which was a plus.

The metro drops you 2 blocks away and I must say, it’s refreshing to see some nuance of culture amidst the urine smell that plague the entirety of DTLA. The location was packed with people queueing up for lunch by the time I got there. Sufficient effort was made to ensure some Japanese architecture features throughout the small bustling lanes made up of lots of restaurants and frivolous gift shops. 15 mins were enough for me to do a one off visit.

Very clean, fun neighborhood. There are numerous shops and restaurants to choose from. The buildings and street layout feel very authentic and it is easy to get immersed in the Japanese atmosphere.

Nice Japanese restaurant and vibes for all to enjoy the spirit of the culture as well as the authentic structure of the whole environment the entire time the experience was the best for me...

I wish I could hear her play so more it was beautiful. I liked the farmer's market it offered a lot of varieties. It was overly crowded today so I had hard time moving around. Nevertheless the market was great busy they Efficient and friendly. I like the spam musabi it had a good taste, I wish it was a little warmer. Plus I think its a great place to fresh ginger.

Little Tokyo is such a fun spot to explore if you’re looking for something a little different. It has a great mix of culture, food, and small shops that make it feel both lively and authentic. You can wander through, try different bites, and always find something new around the corner. The food is really the highlight, from casual ramen spots to bakeries and unique dessert places. It’s the kind of place where you go in without a plan and end up trying a little of everything. It can get busy, especially on weekends, but that just adds to the energy. Overall, it’s a great place to walk around, eat well, and enjoy a different side of the city.

cute fun japanese shopping center. some stores can get on the pricy side though. like the merchandise, the dessert is good, dont think i got to try anything savory. i recommend to atleast stop here once, even to just look around, if you're in LA. i'll try to go again.

Los Angeles as many hidden spot. But this one was in top of my list that I must-visit. And everything in this area is super duper. Cheap, amazing street foods and good quality clothing. So if you're looking for cheap, reasonable clothing, you must-visit this area. There's a bunch of shops stores even stuff on the street.
