UPDATE - IT IS 100 DEGREES, AND THE OWNER HAS HELD OUR FAMILY HOSTAGE FOR 2 WEEKS BY NOT FIXING A BRAND NEW AC WITH A FULL WARRANTY HE INSTALLED. HE REFUSES TO OBIDE BY HIS CONTRACT UNTIL I REMOVE MY NEGATIVE YELP REVIEW. I stated I would happily edit or remove my review once my AC unit is repaired, but not before. Is this someone you want to trust? Read on. We had them install a complete new system (Condenser, Cooling Coil, Furnace, Thermostat) - checks paid in full (half up front and half on day of completion). The AC has stopped working twice, and the owner has failed to fix the unit even though we have a Service Warranty. You want more? Even though he agreed to, he has failed to follow through and fix a ceiling crack and multiple ceiling stains (directly below the installed unit in the attic, which occured immediately after his installation). Again, he stated he would take care of it, but he has yet to commit to doing them. Don't hesitate to message me if you want to see the receipts, emails, and text exchanges. The owner, Brett, seems like a nice enough guy, until his shotty work catches up to him. Below is my initial review. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have never written a bad review, and I didn't want to post this one. However, I am waiting for the owner, Brett, to follow through and fix my AC unit and my ceiling due to his negligence. He committed to doing this a few weeks ago, and yet he is a no show. I'll happily update my review once these are fixed. I paid him to replace my entire upstairs unit: Furnace, Cooling Coil, AC Compressor, and Thermostat. In less than a few weeks, my new system has stopped working twice, and I have a cracked ceiling and leaks on my ceiling directly below where they installed my new unit. Brett stated he would address these, but several weeks later, no follow thru. 1) After installing a complete brand new system: furnace, cooling coil, AC compressor, and thermostat our AC stopped working again for a 2nd time in 2 weeks. Even though I have a warranty on all these new parts and I have a service warranty from him, he has failed to show up to fix my AC. 2) He confessed to burning my AC's motherboard because he crossed the wrong wires. 3) This crossing wires also burned out my thermostat (only 3 years old). He then charged me $380 for the thermostat unit (not labor), even though it is sold for $150. He lied and said there was no mark-up on the unit, and when confronted, he he said he would show me the invoice. I am still waiting to see the invoice even though I've asked for it twice. 4) I informed him twice that he needs to inspect where the water is draining from. He FAILED TO DO SO, which according to him, caused the leak. 5) After admitting to being the cause of the ceiling crack on the initial install and stating he would send a painter to fix it, he has yet to send someone out. I have a warranty on all parts he installed last month, and a service warranty, and the company (owner Brett) will not fulfill his contractually obligates responsibilities. The owner needs to take full responsibility. Until then, NO ONE should consider doing any business until he follows through with his promises.

We are quite pleased with our new air conditioning system. The installation quality was better than we had hoped for.
